Whatever the situation, there’s a good chance that we've come across it before. Our carers are experts in providing bespoke and individual private home care and support. Just as clients have different needs, our carers have different skills to offer.

When matching client's to potential carers, we consider:

  • Your care needs, do you need someone with more experience in manual handling for example

  • Location, where possible, we will always send you a carer local to you

  • Interests, do you both love cooking, gardening, and pets?

  • Other requirements, such as do you have a busy social calendar and need someone who can get you to your appointments on time?


We pay attention to the smallest of details because often, these will make the biggest difference.

Four easy steps to finding your perfect live-in carer


Tell us about your care needs​

Give a member of our friendly team a call on 01293 224 706 (lines open Monday - Friday,
0800 - 1800 and Saturday - Sunday 1000 - 1500) or request a callback > to let us know about your live-in care needs. Here, we will discuss your primary requirements, such as your location, who the care is for, and the basic level of care needed.


Tell us about any interests


We can do this during step 1. if you prefer, but next, we will ask you more in-depth questions about your required care provision (such as whether toileting assistance is required or whether the individual has dementia for example). It is here that we will also ask about any hobbies and interests. E.g. does the household keep pets, or is the individual needing care a keen sports fan?


Complete the registration process​

Once we have established that we're the right care agency for you, you will need to complete the registration process, paying a one-off £210 lifetime registration fee and signing our business terms and conditions, along with the direct debit mandate that we will send to you in the post.
