John has over 8 years’ experience in the care and retirement villages sectors. Having been previously employed by Saga Plc, John has, since March 2020 led the formation of the Trinity Homecare Group, which currently comprises of the Trinity Homecare, Country Cousins and Patricia Whites brands. John’s former background was in the hospitality sector where he became passionate about 'Outstanding’ customer service across a range of premium products and services.
John sincerely believes that customers are better looked after in their own homes when they need companionship and a range care services, and the combination of Visiting and Live In Care support that the Trinity Homecare Group offers fully delivers on that belief and commitment.
Alyssa has worked for Country Cousins since 2012. Starting in Sales and Business Development. Working her way up through the company, Alyssa is now our Operations Manager.
Alyssa ensures that the daily running of Country Cousins keeps running smoothly and to keep her team motivated with a positive and supported environment.
Passionate about the services and high standards that Country Cousins offers, she loves that her team is supporting people to stay in their own homes when most needed. These people would otherwise not be able to stay in their own home. Alyssa finds her work very rewarding.
Knowing the difference being made to people’s lives, Alyssa is a positive driving force of our high standards and to support the team to offer such a quality service to our clients and the industry.
Operations Team Leader
Kelly is a Country Cousins Operations Team Leader. She has been with us since 2017 where she started as Care Relationship Executive. Kelly brings a wealth of Customer Service knowledge and supports our Customer Relationship team in finding the perfect carer for their client's needs.

Louise is a Country Cousins Operations Team Leader. She has been with us since 2017 where she started as Care Relationship Executive. Louise knows a lot about the business and how to support it well with a great direction for ensuring our high standards are maintained in everything her and the team do each day.
Group Sales Manager
Jason is our Group Sales Manager. Jason has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Before joining our team, Jason has worked at some of the biggest companies in the healthcare industry. With this, he has brought a wealth of expert experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm not only to his team but the whole company.
Jason enjoys a challenge alongside supporting his team and the company to ensure our high standards are always kept. Jason and his team are passionate about letting the industry know the high standards we demand and deliver to both staff and clients.
Sales Team Leader
Covering the whole of the UK, Darrel is our Country Cousins Sales Team Leader. With over 13 years customer service experience Darrel knows how important it is to keep the high standards and ethos of Country Cousins to help us supply our excellent services nationwide.
Working for Country Cousin for over 3 years, Darrel has supported his team help us grow and offer our services to a wider audience.
Seeing the difference, the care sector makes has encouraged Darrel to see a different approach of what is important in life. He strives to keep our service growing so more people can take advantage of the high standards of service we offer in the care industry.
Recruitment Team Leader
Joining the team in 2016 as a highly experienced Recruitment Executive, with a solid track record of accomplishing caseload targets Daniel has progressed through the business to now lead the recruitment team in sourcing the best carers for our business. A naturally hard working and resourceful individual, he thrives in busy and challenging environments where he can utilise his full skill set and extensive experience.
Also with Level 2 NVQ in IT, Daniel has a passion for technology and graphic design.
Customer Relationship Executive
Tina is one of our Customer Relationship Executives. Although Tina is one of the newer members of staff, she has joined us with a great deal of skills and experience that ensure she is successful in her role.
Looking after the South West of the UK Tina mainly works with our clients based in Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.
Care Relationship Executive
Lauren joined Country Cousins in 2017. She is one of our Care Relationship Executives and has 9 years’ experience in the care industry. Passionate about her role, Lauren pulls on her experience and knowledge to really make a difference.
Keeping our staff highly trained and up to date is no small task, but Lauren helps ensure the carers are booked in for training, so the Country Cousins high standards of professionalism is kept.
