What is Respite Care?

Respite care is short term care option which allows the current carer to take a break.

We know how demanding care can be, and just how important it is to take a break from time to time. This break could be holiday cover, or to provide a much needed break to recover from illness, injury or stress.

We can offer a live-in Country Cousins carer to live in with the person who needs care for several weeks at a time, allowing them can remain in the familiarity of their own. We also understand that many care givers can feel anxious about leaving for a period of time but rest assured that you are safe hands with Country Cousins as we, and our experienced respite carers, have provided quality live-in care for over 60 years.
