About the role
Part-Time (0.5 FTE) - Immediate Start - Redhill
£18k per annum (pro-rata)
Reporting into the Sales Team Leader, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone with incredible attention to detail and a can-do attitude to support our high-performance sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales function and processing new client registrations in a timely and efficient manner.
As a Sales Administrator, you will look forward to onboarding our prospective clients and deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that we have all of the relevant client details needed are present and correct. You will guide them through the registration process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have along the way. In addition, your excellent communication skills and telephone manner will allow you to deliver high standards of customer service.
Combined with your knowledge, you will also need to display, enthusiasm, passion and pride to work for Country Cousins. An integral part of the company, you will be the engine to the Country Cousins sales team, with key duties including reporting against the teams monthly sales targets and ensuring thorough and robust sales' process.
Key responsibilities
• Ownership of sharing supporting sales materials with prospective clients (Direct Debit details, T&C declarations and registration forms)

Migrating client information onto our new CRM system

Accountability for onboarding client's onto our new CRM system
• Ensuring full and complete client information and documentation prior to closing successful leads

Reporting on enquiry and registration volume alongside initial lead quality and source
• Supporting the Sales Team Leader with rolling out new processes and auditing requirements
• To achieve high levels of client service at all stages of the process to encourage repeat business
• To meet and exceed personal objectives, including productivity targets
• To keep yourself fully immersed in the service range and understand the company brand values
• Demonstrate a total commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Capture of source information for every inbound lead to enable the business to track performance

Ad-hoc support (stock checks, diary management, document proofing)
About you
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Exceptional customer call handling ability
• A track record of working to key performance indicators
• Strong team player with the ability to work as an individual

Education and qualifications
• Educated to minimum GCSE level
• 1 years previous sales admin experience in any sector (care preferably)
