We take any reports of unsatisfactory service seriously and view them as an opportunity to further improve the service we offer.
All of our Cousins are special. We only recruit those applicants who display the necessary qualities, attitude and caring personality for the role.
We interview all our Cousins carefully, in person, and follow up references. Our Cousins all undergo a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure and are checked on the Protection of Vulnerable Adults list (POVA) and the Protection of Children Act List (POCA).
