Remuneration and Rewards
Once you have applied and been accepted as a Cousin we will endeavour to offer you
assignments that meet your skills and preferences. We have assignments available
throughout the UK which may be of interest to you.
As a Cousin your employment status will be "self employed" and you will
need to register with the Inland Revenue as such. Visit the Inland Revenue website
www.direct.gov.uk
to find out how to register and answer any questions.
Country Cousins offer three levels of care, and we will discuss and agree with applicants
which level they are most suited to, depending on experience and relevant skills.
Home Support - from £63.00 per day
Where support is required to live independently at home, but personal care is not
required, Cousins can provide companionship, and carry out tasks including meal
preparation, light housework, shopping, home administration and laundry.
Home Support & Care - from £68.00 per day
In addition to the tasks outlined above, Cousins can provide limited personal care
such as help with washing and dressing, help into the bath or shower, continence
care, help to prepare for bed and assistance with medication.

Home Support & Advanced Care - from £80.00 per day
For those Clients who require a greater degree of personal care in order to remain
in their own homes. This can be due to terminal illness, stroke and more advanced
Parkinson's or Alzheimer's Disease.
